I keep telling my wife the thing I miss the most from my Nissan is the sound system. It sounds like many of us did not take the time to really try out the non-sony stereos before purchase. I also dont want a large subwoofer enclosure in the back. I love my truck, but spend so much time in it the stereo needs an upgrade and i dont want to start running a custom system like I have in the past. I would need all speakers and new A-pillar covers with the tweeters - the full deal. Has anyone made the attempt to upgrade to the Sony stereo from premium? I would think that most of the wiring is in place, including the subwoofer hookup. work well, but the sound the speakers deliver leaves a lot to be desired. Has anyone attempted this? I have the so called premium stereo in my FX4 and am very dissapointed in the speaker system - the controls /cd player etc. ![]()
